Morimoto Asia is Chef Masaharu Morimoto first pan-Asian restaurant. The creativity of Chef Morimoto is already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. This culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Morimoto Asia is located at The Landing at Disney Springs, an entertainment-dining-retail district. With an overhaul and re-branding of this portion of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs will present a fresh and new face to the magical kingdom that is sure to be an extraordinary experience.

I booked this restaurant because we’ve had such wonderful experiences with other Morimoto Asia restaurants, most notably, the one in Napa Please be aware this Morimoto is smack dab in the middle of Disney Springs where you have to go through security and walk for a good 10 to 15 minutes to get to the restaurant through the crowds and then exit back the same way I booked this restaurant thinking of my experience in Napa. Nothing like it very very noisy. Very very crowded. Lots of children not surprisingly since it’s in the Disney Springs area. Food was excellent once we got there as well as the service, but please set your expectations accordingly oh and one more thing dress code appeared to be sneakers and T-shirts

Was a bad day for the servers and prep ream. No soy to go with sushi had to wait 10 plus minutes . Then no chop sticks. No dressing on salad. Bad dsy overall

The service was extremely slow. Our waiter brought my husband’s drink after waiting 15 minutes but didn’t bring the kids their drinks; we had to wait another 15 minutes. If the place was busy, I would understand but it was mostly empty.

I enjoyed the experience and the food. My friend unfortunately got deathly ill off the Peking Duck. Please ensure proper cooking for those why try in the future.

Food was ok but I hate nothing more than. Waiting for you appetizers while others at table are eating theirs. And than when yours do come. The entree comes out at same time.

The restaurant is beautiful with a great ambience. We sat on the 2nd floor patio and loved the view over Disney Springs, especially with the Christmas lights. We came for our daughter's 30th birthday. She has been there once before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. Our server was very friendly and made our daughter feel special. However, the food was slow to come out and was just ok. People in our party ordered the Orange Chicken and the Duck for 2. The Orange Chicken was bland and just didn't have much flavor. I did not like the duck at all, but maybe that's just me. Our daughter had the duck on her first visit and was really looking forward to that. She said it wasn't as good as the first time.

Husband and I had lunch at Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. For We split a California roll, my husband had the Tonkotsu Ramen which he enjoyed. I ordered the Buri Bop, which was delicious. Plus they cook it at your table and tell the history of the dish which was entertaining. We also ordered a couple glasses of sake. We will definitely be coming back here.
