Morimoto Asia is Chef Masaharu Morimoto first pan-Asian restaurant. The creativity of Chef Morimoto is already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. This culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Morimoto Asia is located at The Landing at Disney Springs, an entertainment-dining-retail district. With an overhaul and re-branding of this portion of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs will present a fresh and new face to the magical kingdom that is sure to be an extraordinary experience.

From the moment I entered, the elegant ambiance and stunning decor set the stage for an exceptional evening. The menu is a brilliant fusion of traditional Asian flavors with a modern twist. The service was impeccable. Our waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly enhanced our dining experience with his excellent recommendations and warm hospitality. If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines incredible food, stunning presentation, and top-notch service, Morimoto Asia is a must-visit.

                                                                                                They don’t seat us on the 2nd floor balcony as requested but it was warm out so that was fine. Manny was great and the food was amazing.

                                                                                                Eric, our waiter, went above and beyond with outstanding service and made our dinner feel like we were the only table in a very busy restaurant. He made us feel at home and was very attentive to our party of three. We will return again and request Eric for our future visit. Food was outstanding as usual! Thank you, Eric!
