My wife and I got a last minute late reservation after a lot of debate, we choose morrow/steak after seeing great reviews and craving a surf and turf type of meal. The food was great ! We got the Sunset Hamachi, A5 wagyu tacos (they could’ve used more A5), the porterhouse, garlic mash, truffle fries (came out cold so the manger comped), and the lobster tail! Unfortunately they didn’t prep enough lobster tail so we had to wait a bit longer for it and the manger ended up comping it for us! The service was amazing , food was amazing, cannot wait to go back!

King po cauliflower and tuna apps were great. Filet great and ribeye soso (not tender) salads great. Red snapper very good. Service was very good.

I was really disappointed by this dining experience. Because of social media, I had high hopes for the value. The pros are we had a really kind server who gave us suggestions on the menu! But the cons and the price unfortunately outweighed that. The cocktails were just okay. The steak, sauce, and potato / side are all sold separately. While some sides are ala carte, having to pay $11 for steak sauce doesn’t make sense. And the two we did try were not good— the server admitting he didn’t like the house sauce either. The sushi tasted like what you’d get at local takeout but my friend said her wagyu tacos were good. Overall; the ambience and decor was beautiful and the ambience was great! But you can spend the same amount of money for much better food at another fine dining restaurant in the city.

Our waiter Sean was superb! Excellent presentation of the tomahawk steak. Excellent ambiance and seating by the window. A black owned restaurant with a diverse staff.

Everything was perfect except the music was a little too loud. At one point I could barely hear what my server was saying. The bread service was good. The Airline Chicken, Filet, Crab Oscar, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Praline Beignets were all phenomenal. The cost was right at $200 for 2 with no alcohol. Pricey but worth it. Our server was Shawn, and he was impeccable. He provided great service and a winning smile. We are looking forward to celebrating our next special occasion at Morrow Steakhouse!

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for an elevated experience. And Morrow Steak did not disappoint. The decor! The atmosphere! THE FOOD! It was, honestly, one of the best dining experiences we’ve EVER had. There’s absolutely no way that we won’t be back. Our server, Glyniss, was so friendly and knowledgeable and made great suggestions! We loved her. One visit has made Morrow Steak our favorite restaurant and we’ve been to hundreds of restaurants in New Orleans alone. We’re telling everyone! Thank you so much! PS: Make sure to save room for the Ube Cheesecake! Thank me later!
