                                                                                                  Started off really well, when we sent back the burnt gumbo the waitress stopped being attentive and making sure we were good. I ordered a spicy margarita that never came. The food was salty.

The customer service was great, we had a reservation and were immediately seated upon our arrival. The food was amazing. I ordered the Morrow oysters for an appetizer which were delicious! For the main entrée, I ordered the red fish, my brother ordered the crawfish pasta and for dessert we ordered the Hawaiian roll bread pudding. Everything was delicious!! The music was also a great touch. They played so many great R&B songs, had me singing the while time lol

                                                                                                  We came to NOLA a couple of months ago and couldn’t get into Morrows to dine, so when my husband and I decide to come back to NOLA for Thanksgiving, I immediately made reservations for this restaurant. Three days before we arrived, we received message that our original reservation was moved up an hour because restaurant was closing early. I was now extremely determined to dine at this restaurant. God was with us because we landed early and our luggage arrived on an earlier flight, so we were in the Lyft to the hotel as soon as we arrived. We checked in and caught another Lyft to the restaurant. We were right on time! The security was polite but no nonsense. The hostess was nice and swift. Our server Rachel was fantastic! She was attentive and knowledgeable and charismatic. She spoke so highly of Morrows and all the best dishes. We had the Chargrilled Oysters Morrow for appetizer. They were delicious and flavorful. If I had one critique- I would have wanted all items of dish to be warmer. The crabmeat topping wasn’t as hot as the oysters; however, that’s a small critique. The oysters were delicious! I then had the crawfish pasta topped with fried catfish… oh my goodness!! Flavor bomb. It was delicious. My husband had the red beans and rice with the andouille sausage. He took one of my catfish filets and was in flavor heaven. He enjoyed his dish. The drinks were perfectly paired. The punch out punch was too sweet for me but perfect for him. Morrows was worth wait! We can’t each much so flavor: the perfect bite is essential for and to us. We ate our leftovers today for breakfast and lunch and they just kept getting better and better. Great ambience and service. Thank you to our server Rachel. 🌞

                                                                                                  Our waiter Jody was simply the best. What attention to detail and the food was outstanding! We came in from Jacksonville Florida to get this experience and it was well worth it! Thank you Morrows for such a wonderful dinner and time!
