We had reservations 8:15 PM. We were very fortunate. We sat down within a few minutes. Service was extremely slow between appetizers and dinner. There was a 30 minute gap. The filet mignon was a little dry, not worth the price been to many steakhouses for the same price. I have a better value , value is what you receive not just the price

It was our anniversary. Manager Monica and waiter just said happy anniversary. They did not even give us a desert or even a cup of coffee on the house for our anniversary. Very disappointed. Yesterday Monica said she saw it was our anniversary today and said she saved us the anniversary special dinner which she said was sold out and then she comes back to the table and says there are none left. She changed her mind. This is not a way to run a business.?We are also Landry members for years.

Service was phenomenal however our meal was subpar. Shrimp cocktail was perfect. The rest of the meal was meh. My husbands 28 oz strip was so chewy. Was seriously shocked by the quality of the food

Restaurant was freezing. Waiter tried very hard and was very nice but he had too many tables and the service was inattentive. Again, don’t think it was his fault. Food was Luke warm and not hot. My baked potato came after I was done with my steak. Food quality was good.

For years, Morton’s has been my go to steakhouse at home and when I travel. Food quality is great, but staffing shortage is a real issue at this location.

Food quality and service were superb. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. A great restaurant for all occasions.
