The experience that I had at the establishment was wonderful, with the holiday season, had a wonderful sight at the Christmas Tree right on Fountain Square.

Food was AMAZING!! Server seemed like she really didn’t want to be at work, but we were sitting in the bar area. Overall a nice evening though!

Had our Thanksgiving meal here after failing to get a table at our first choice. Although the food wasn’t as great as the other place, the meal and service still did the trick. It was a good ambiance. The courses came out at a good tempo. I’d come back but maybe not for the Thanksgiving Dinner.

Service was very slow. It was crowded but we noticed that other servers were able to keep up with our tables. Meanwhile there were groups coming and leaving while we were still trying to make it through our meal. We were there almost 3hrs and asked for dessert to go. Food was good but don’t know if I would go back with the poor service.

I had been trying to dine here for a while but finally had the chance last night for my husband's birthday. I made a reservation for 6:30 PM and was warmly greeted by the wonderful and friendly staff upon arrival. They even had a customized "Happy Birthday" menu for my husband. Our server was fantastic—friendly and attentive, answering all our questions and ensuring everything was perfect. We ordered a steak and lobster mac and cheese, and I highly recommend both; they were delicious—10 out of 10!

We went back after having a less than favorable experience because we were offered a “win back” meal. This meal did its job and definitely won us back. We were very happy with our steaks and extra dishes we ordered and would be happy to dine at Morton’s again. The Cajun steak was a favorite - the seasoning was delicious.

We typically go to the Morton’s in Louisville. We were in town for the Bengal’s game and took our family. We always have a great experience in Louisville but we were very disappointed with the Cincinnati location. Our food was cold and steaks not cooked as ordered. We could not find our waiter most of the evening and service was subpar. I was embarrassed I made these reservations for my family after I had told them how great it was going to be…$600 later still hungry and not happy. Do better
