I had been trying to dine here for a while but finally had the chance last night for my husband's birthday. I made a reservation for 6:30 PM and was warmly greeted by the wonderful and friendly staff upon arrival. They even had a customized "Happy Birthday" menu for my husband. Our server was fantastic—friendly and attentive, answering all our questions and ensuring everything was perfect. We ordered a steak and lobster mac and cheese, and I highly recommend both; they were delicious—10 out of 10!

We went back after having a less than favorable experience because we were offered a “win back” meal. This meal did its job and definitely won us back. We were very happy with our steaks and extra dishes we ordered and would be happy to dine at Morton’s again. The Cajun steak was a favorite - the seasoning was delicious.

We typically go to the Morton’s in Louisville. We were in town for the Bengal’s game and took our family. We always have a great experience in Louisville but we were very disappointed with the Cincinnati location. Our food was cold and steaks not cooked as ordered. We could not find our waiter most of the evening and service was subpar. I was embarrassed I made these reservations for my family after I had told them how great it was going to be…$600 later still hungry and not happy. Do better

Jordan was fabulous: welcoming, knowledgeable, good humored. Pleasant sophisticated atmosphere. The food portions were much too large and expensive. People need the choice to focus on quality without paying for quantity. Also, need to alert patrons to potential problematic ingredients, like cucumber and garlic in chopped salad which caused significant distress at 2am. Appreciated the birthday dessert!

We made reservations for a 79th Birthday and upon arrival were greeted with a personalized menu. Our server, Zack, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and efficient yet funny and personable. He even sang Happy Birthday to our friend. Shannon , the manager, stopped by to say hi and to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I shared the 12 oz filet, it was excellent and cooked to perfection. The lobster bisque and crab cake were delicious as well. We have gone to Morton's a number of times and there are very few restaurants that deliver a consistent product and provide top notch service as well as they do.
