    Really the worst Valentine's Day meal ever. We were seated at an awful table right next to the service station and all of the commotion and staff going in and out really bothered me. After we were re-seated in a booth, it took forever for standard drinks to come out from the bar. Our 22oz Prime Ribeye (Bone-In) didn't even have a bone. It felt like we were being treated like second class citizens. At least the cocktails when they did arrive were acceptable. My girlfriend sent the steak back and they took it off the bill. I agree with the manager I didn't come to Morton's for side dishes. The creamed spinach was watery and honestly ghastly. Crab cocktail was edible, and I enjoyed it - also the potatoes au gratin was excellent. That's the only thing I can say positively about this experience. I thought I would get Morton's. It felt like Ponderosa.

    I've had the privilege to dine at this establishment twice and it is a great experience. Good food and great service. Perfect atmosphere. Best Bread Pudding ever!

    We had a fantastic early Valentine's Day dinner on the 13th. We couldn't have asked for more.

    Dinner at Morton’s was Amazing. Everything was perfect from the minute we walked in. I can’t wait to return.

    I always love Morton’s but decided to take advantage of Restaurant Week in Charlotte. The food was decent but not as good as usual. I wonder is they use lesser quality ingredients during this week. It’s been my go-to steak place for a while but might start trying others again.

    Great filet minon.The server was busy so we didn’t get bread until a couple minutes before the food arrived. Nice ambiance.

    For what is supposed to be a high end steakhouse food was average overall and service poor. Never refilled water. Never ask if we wanted second round of cocktails (order first round of cocktails at bar while waiting on reservation). Ask for bread three times. Manager finally brought some with entrees. Tired lobster ravioli - it was bland. Hadn’t been to Morton’s in a while and this was a reminder why. I won’t say names, but there is a steakhouse across from Southpark Mall setting the standard. Morton’s did not measure up.
