   Ambiente troppo freddo, al solito in USA aria condizionata a temperature troppo basse. Locale un po’ buio. Cibo eccellente.

   I had the 8oz filet cooked medium however when it arrived there wasn’t a pink spot anywhere. To overdone for the price and with a steakhouse reputation as Morton’s. My wife had twin lobster tails which were perfect.

   Average food and good service, but overpriced. Decor needs updating, dress code not enforced.

   Max was wonderful! The rack of lamb was unbelievable and the filet was cooked perfectly. The chefs knew how to season and cook everything just right. We will definitely be back!!

   Awesome experience. Our waitress was enjoyable and on it. The only thing not excellent was that our French onion soup wasn't hot. It was warm, not cold, but just not hot. The flavor was still excellent.

   The steak & pork chop were perfectly prepared. The seasonings on both were so flavorful & my asparagus was some of the best that I have had. We savored our dinner for hours & the complimentary birthday dessert of cheesecake that I selected was brought to me with a lighted candle atop. It too was quite tasty & chock full of crushed pecans on top. With all that being said, our server Valeria was efficient, paying attention to every detail. She was the consummate employee exemplifying polish & professionalism with a smile & sense of humor.

   Not what was expected. 8 ounce fillet was sent back and I guess warmed and returned to my girlfriend. A simple push w a fork it was clear the steak was medium on 2nd try. Cook 50 to 100 at a time for events and steak is easy to tell temp. Waitress even should see it but it is food runners. They should know. No quality control for that steak. She cut it open and it was again slightly more then medium with solid pink and able to pushed down hard w a fork. I was not so nice about comments asking if they needed some help to cook it. Two baked potatoes both not completely cooked granted massive. Give me a smaller cooked baked 🥔 if needed. Not really impressed. The Cleveland location did give girlfriend a new steak. She ate 4 bites of her undercooked steak and took the new steak home to undoubtedly be tossed away. What a nice night effect by a main item on dish. I would be embarrassed as a fine steakhouse. Service was good. Time for meal was 6:30 to leaving around 9:30...no alcohol, 1 appetizer. 6 people. As my 19 year old daughter said "mid" 4 out of 5 stars is generous.

   Sunday funday with my sons 14 & 5, Morton’s is a Cleveland staple, one of my favorite steakhouses, had an amazing meal…and kid approved!!! Will ALWAYS come back!!!

    Our server didn’t listen well to our orders. She barely came around. The restaurant was out of certain liquors. Food was great though. Server not so great.
