Such a nice restaurant for the West Valley. The service needs major improvement which is understandable for such a new restaurant. I hope it improves.

We were very excited to have Morton's come to the West Valley! Reservations were easy to make. The staff was excellent. We had the pan seared scallops, oysters and prosciutto wrapped mozzarella for starters. All were good. I ordered the lobster ravioli, however it was out of stock. Disappointing. I settled for a wedge salad and the lobster bisque. Presentation was nice, but the bisque was very sparse on lobster and was not hot. The 2 gentleman in our party had the 8 oz filet and both commented the steak was not that good. The service was outstanding, but the experience overall was underwhelming.

Justin, our server, was so attentive!! Thanks for your service. We had a special menu tonight. Wedge salads were superb- cold, crispy, and so delicious!!! Our filets were perfectly prepared and the lobster tail was very yummy. Not a fan of either of the sides- Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Would try other sides next time. Desserts that we tried were pot de crème and key lime pie. Both were delicious!!

We booked a table for 4 on Saturday to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was an amazing birthday experience! After our cocktails were delivered they came by to take a photo, printed it out and framed it in a nice card alongside a special birthday menu. They also decorated the table with confetti! Really great touch. Check in was easy with the gals at the maitre’d desk. Friendly, iPad enabled, greeted us and immediately ushered us to our table. Our server, Haley, did a fabulous job. We started with crab cakes (lots of crab, not too starchy) and the wagyu meatballs. (A bit dry, tomato sauce was good though) I ordered a medium rare dry-aged ribeye with black truffle butter. They just nailed the steak (and everyone else’s). Sides were the Brussels sprouts (good), mushrooms and spinach (great match), and king crab mash potatoes (a decent amount of crab). Because it was a birthday, we got our two desserts comped: Signature Hot Chocolate cake (more like a bowl of ice cream with a dash of molten chocolate cake, ratios off) and crème brûlée (good custard). Overall, a fantastic visit to the new Morton’s at the Desert Diamond casino. We were very impressed by the addition of this top-ranked steakhouse in the west valley and plan to come again. Highly recommend!

Overall ok the venue , service, and music was very good . Food was subpar , came out at all different times , things were forgotten , undercooked pasta, salt pepper, soup spoons, salad plates , things you may expect from a new opening but there were many. We will give them a try in the future after they get some more time to under their belt.

Best steak in town ... staff is friendly and go above and beyond. Not an everyday restaurant but great for any special occasion.

Loved the restaurant and the staff was amazing. The food was good, but could have been better. They had a beautiful piano musician and the ambiance was worth it. I would definitely recommend this place for a date night, or a new experience.
