Had New Year's Eve dinner with my husband and kids. Food and service were excellent. They provided us NYE hats and nose noise makers with champagne toast at midnight. Great experience.

We got there ordered our food and waited over an hour after we ordered our food to get our dinner. We also ordered a bottle of wine and it took 45 minutes to get. The appetizers we ordered came out wrong when the manager said he would replace it. He forgot! My wife’s steak was ordered as medium, came out (very)Well done. my $75 steak was ordered as medium came out super rare. When I say I’ll never go back to this restaurant again, I mean it. This was the worst experience to have with my family, especially when we trusted Morton’s to take care of us on New Year’s Eve night. We paid top dollar for food that was not the way we asked it to me. The restaurant was not busy at all. There was no excuses to be made. Just a horrible experience all around. spent $400.00 and feel like McDonalds would have been a better option and more worth it. P.S this is the first time I have ever complained about a place I ate dinner at.

I have been to Morton many other times where I had excellent experience. This time the food was not cooked properly. The manger didn’t come out to respond to the quality of food. I will not be going to another Morton’s!

It seems that New Years is mayham. The food was just Ok. Service was hectic.

We went to Mortons on New Year's Eve so we knew this is a "challenging night" for restaurants. From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff was welcoming, friendly and polite. Our server "Jimmy" was terrific. He was very attentive and friendly. The food was nicely presented and delicious. The ambience was very nice. We have eaten here before and we will return.

We got the porterhouse and it wasn’t very good the sides where average soup was cold lobster was raw we give it back the service was good Mike was a nice guy, it was new years was I didn’t want to have bad vibes to start the new year. So I did not complain bill was a little high

I want to rate a 5 however the hostess’s (both of them) seem to always make an issue at the request of a booth… in an almost empty restaurant. There was all of 4 parties and only 1 booth occupied. Not sure what the big deal or the algorithm is for booths… but it was quite annoying to go back and forth with them about it. Additionally, the witch didn’t even pull the table out so that we could get in. This also happened on Xmas!! SMH After we were seated, everything was all good! Danny was fabulous!

Amber was our waitperson and she was absolutely lovely! Truly some of the best service we have had in a long time at a restaurant. Our steak was cooked perfectly, the baked potato was a bit over done! But, overall, it was a delicious meal.
