Jenn A was our server and she was outstanding! Her service made our whole experience fantastic. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the flavor was superb. What a wonderful evening!

Disappointing. Our server was great! John seated us near the corner and the restaurant was almost empty. Then 4 boisterous men were seated right next to us. Blew up the atmosphere. Plus the waitress sat down at their table and was as loud as the men were. The party could have easily been seated elsewhere. No more.

Waited 5 min for receptionist. Sat next to a large young, extremely loud, vulgar group. Not the date night we were seeking. Will not return.

My wife and I had a great date night dinner!! Literally everything we ordered was perfect, and Kelly was a fantastic server.

I recently dined at Morton’s The Steakhouse in downtown Jacksonville, located in the Hyatt Regency on the St. John’s River, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. David, the manager, created a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our server, Lewis, was exceptional—his recommendations were spot-on and he was attentive without being intrusive. My date ordered the Cajun Ribeye, as recommended by Lewis, and it was simply phenomenal. I ordered the miso marinated sea bass and it was one of the best sea bass I’ve ever had in the states. The sides were equally impressive, especially the Szechuan green beans, complementing the meal beautifully. Overall, Morton’s is a must-visit for steak lovers, and the service from David and Lewis made it even more memorable.

Awesome experience as always. Even with a hurricane coming they took care of all of their guests amazingly. Will definitely be back.

The food was good but the service was way too pushy. Our waitress brought over a brochure to join their restaurant club for $25 when we ordered drinks. She spent several minutes explaining the benefits and pushing us to join. We were not interested but she continued to keep pushing us with each visit to our table for a total of 5 times. Her last attempt was when she delivered our check and started her sales pitch yet again and I told her that we were not interested. In a restaurant this expensive you expect the food and service to be excellent. Her pushiness ruined what could have been a nice dinner. It was not our first time eating at a Morton's Steakhouse, but it will be our last.
