    Our waiter Chris was so awesome. He did great recommendations, and was an amazing waiter. The whole staff was so friendly and so helpful. They made our anniversary and Valentine’s Day special.

    Besides waiting over 30 mins for a table. Another 20 mins for a drink, over an hr for food that was served cold. It was a good time

    So this chain use to be my favorite. Always thought they had great service and best steaks. Today service was embarrassing and horrible. Was there from 730pm to 1130pm (I was seated at 8pm). Cup for my drink was dirty, second drink came messed up. Food went to the wrong table, recooked then brought back out under cooked. Our sides were cold, never coming back. Horrible!!

    I took my girlfriend to Morton’s for Valentine’s Day and was overall disappointed with the food. Our server was GREAT. Very attentive and friendly, but the main course was extremely disappointing…especially for paying $55 per steak. Both were overcooked and they had little to no flavor. If we didn’t have plans later on, it would have been worth it to get them changed, but we were in a hurry (partly why we ordered them rare and medium rare, but they came out cooked more). I was just upset that the special date wasn’t really as special because we both didn’t enjoy the food.
