It was our first visit to Morton’s Louisville location, and it was a great experience. The food was amazing, and our server Gavin, was one of the best servers we have had. He was friendly and very professional. His knowledge of the menu was impressive. We will definitely be back.

Our Morton’s dining experience, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, was exceptional and exceeded my high expectations in every category. The staff’s attention to the smallest of detail has forever cemented this anniversary celebration as the best ever and most memorable; personalized menu, anniversary table decorations, and anniversary card with our photo!

Service was nothing special. Food was not that great in comparison to the other Morton’s I’ve dined at. My lobster tail was extremely overcooked. Would I return to Morton’s? Yes. This location? No.

Another wonderful meal at Morton’s! We went because we caught a deal on gift certificates at Costco. Treated ourselves to a happy new year dinner. Seafood tower was everything we wanted, and then some! Our server Chris was great too. Lastly, thanks for the refreshing lavender mocktail. As I “dry-January”, this was a special treat.

There is a reason you can get a table at Morton's on short notice, while you cannot do the same at Jeff Ruby's right across the road. Attention to detail! The server did not properly record my wife's allergies, serving her unsafe food that could have killed her. Service recovery was genuine from the manager, but still left dazed and confused the next day as to how this could even happen. If they cant do the big things, how do they do the little things? I would avoid and will never be back.

We had a great birthday celebration despite some challenges with the server. She seemed clearly upset about something, and it affected the quality of her service. I’ve had her as a server several times before, and she mentioned that someone told her I specifically requested her, which I hadn’t. I’m not sure if the staff may have been unkind to her, but it seemed to impact her demeanor. Overall, I enjoyed myself.

Our food was delivered hot and cooked to order. Our service was horrible. 3.5 hrs to eat then screwed up our tickets with wrong charges

We always enjoy Morton’s, we like to dine at the one of the high tops in the bar area, it’s just a bit more casual. This visit was perfect. I can’t think of any aspect of our experience I would ask to improve. Service was great, food and drinks were great, and we had a great time.
