The service was outstanding! Campbell was our server and very knowledgeable and attentive! There were 2 issues with the orders. One of our appetizers came out under cooked. The middle of the wagu meatballs were cold. They were replaced however it upset the flow of the meal. One of our meals was also under prepared and causing one of our guests to sit there while the rest of us were eating. Again the flow of the meal was disrupted. We were offered apologies however no effort to accommodate our disruptions. At least a dessert or gift card for the future. All in all with number of dining options in the area this may have sadly been my last time dining at Morton’s

We always get the filet but this year it seemed like different meat, had to chew and chew to get it down. Maybe it comes from a different supplier. The grilled shrimp didn't have any grill marks on them and were cold in the middle. Of course the chocolate lava cake was sublime as usual. $18 for the "Naughty" drink was a bit much. Not sure there was any liquor in it, it didn't taste like it. Don't know if Morton's is slipping or I just grow weary of attending the same restaurant.

Great food and ambiance. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We had a wonderful evening and we were not rushed. We will definitely be going back.

It was our 39th dating anniversary (married for 30years) and we frequent Morton's every chance we get. From the moment we walked through the door, we received warm welcomes and smiles. They congratulated us on dating 39 years and proceeded to wow us at every turn. From the managers, our server (Anni) and the quality of our meal. We received what we expected from Morton's and that was high service and a dining experience worth every penny! I only wish they had the carrot cake in rotation!!! :)

Everyone and everything was great from start to finish. A little pricey but for a special celebration dinner, it’s worth it.

Every visit to Morton's Naperville location is an amazing dining experience. It starts the moment you walk in. The front desk staff greets you with a very friendly smile and helpful attitude. We were there to celebrate our son's birthday. A nice touch was taking our photo and giving us beautiful prints to mark the occasion. Our server, I believe her name was Jessica, offered excellent suggestions and kept dinner moving at a perfect pace. Every refill was timely, and she asked several times if everything was okay and asked if we needed anything. Overall, I highly recommend Morton's for a high-quality evening of great food and service.

Food and service were great. Wine list pricing was inflated compared to what I would pay in my home state of Alabama.
