I called ahead for a special request. The Chef and Manager were happy to accommodate my request. At dinner the steaks and sides were prepared perfectly as was my special request. Service was quick and efficient. The entire staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall, a great evening.

The food was good, but the service lacked. Food didn't come out together so we ended up waiting, while some of our food was getting cold, for everyone else's food to be delivered. The drinks were very slow to arrive. It took four of us 3 hours to dine, while we saw many other tables turned much faster. Definitely not the Morton's quality I normally expect and receive. Hopefully it was just an off night for our service staff.

A friend and I decided on Morton's for some Christmas fun and gift exchange. Everything was top notch from the valet to the coat check to server. We ordered the meatballs appetizer. Really good and 2 large meatballs. Friend had filet and was very happy. I ordered the ribeye with truffle butter and would recommend. We had loaded baked potatoe and asparagus as sides. Excellent. For dessert key lime pie for my friend who loved it. I chose the candied walnut cheesecake which was one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. Get it. Big enough to split. We brought home a bag of food each. The portions are generous. Great experience all the way through.

Great wine menu with numerous selection opportunities in several price points. Also had a good cocktail menu. Two of us had steaks which were perfect, and the other person had the Seabass. The floor manager was very attentive and stopped by our table on occasion

The service was outstanding! Campbell was our server and very knowledgeable and attentive! There were 2 issues with the orders. One of our appetizers came out under cooked. The middle of the wagu meatballs were cold. They were replaced however it upset the flow of the meal. One of our meals was also under prepared and causing one of our guests to sit there while the rest of us were eating. Again the flow of the meal was disrupted. We were offered apologies however no effort to accommodate our disruptions. At least a dessert or gift card for the future. All in all with number of dining options in the area this may have sadly been my last time dining at Morton’s

We always get the filet but this year it seemed like different meat, had to chew and chew to get it down. Maybe it comes from a different supplier. The grilled shrimp didn't have any grill marks on them and were cold in the middle. Of course the chocolate lava cake was sublime as usual. $18 for the "Naughty" drink was a bit much. Not sure there was any liquor in it, it didn't taste like it. Don't know if Morton's is slipping or I just grow weary of attending the same restaurant.
