Morton's has always been the place our family goes for celebrations and amazing steak. Not sure what has happened but, from the valet parking to the service and the food it was subpar. Only had one valet servicing the entire restaurant so the wait was long to turn over or key and to get our car at the end of our meal. Our server took over 30 minutes to get our drink order and then 30 more minutes to bring them. When our main dishes arrived 2 steaks were cold but we ate them and another steak was way overcooked so we did send it back and they made it right. Very disappointed in a meal that was expensive and not worth the drive or the price.

By far the most underwhelming Morton’s we have ever been to. It started with the hostess “I’ll got you sat” to the meal being served cold because it was in the pass for 25 minutes.

We have frequented Morton’s in various cities for many years. To be honest this was the poorest meal we have ever had at Morton’s. One of the filet (12 oz) was full of gristle. Due to the long service time (we had two kids 7 &11) we chose not to say anything. The pace of service was incredibly slow. That being said, the wait staff was friendly,but did not overcome the foods failings. At the price charged, you hate to have this kind of experience.

Steak was over cooked No one stayed long enough or came back to ask until I went and asked for the mgr Service was not very good as well

Mortons consistently serves the same great food. Steaks are top-notch, truffle fries are to die for, and the chocolate cake is worth the wait. Awesome experience everytime.

Food was cold. Steak was cold but good flavor. Lobster wasn’t cooked all the way. Salad was good and baked potato good.

A bit disappointed. Restaurant is very dark - hard to read the menu. I ordered sea bass, which tasted fishy. It did not live up to excellent reviews. Next time- I will stick with the steak. Our server’s service was best part of our Thanksgiving dinner.

Food was only ok for the horrendous prices. Quality has slipped we’ve dined there before. Took 30 minutes for our dishes to be cleared after we ate and only because the manager came over to do it. Won’t dine there again.
