    Morton's handled our mother's birthday celebration beautifully with customized menus, a card, and a dessert offer. Our waiter "Big Ben" was absolutely fabulous.

    Muy bueno el restaurante pero tardaron mucho en servirnos casi más de una hora para 3 platillos Y para cerrar con broche de oro me perdieron mi tarjeta creo se le cayó al mesero y no me la devolvieron, me comentaron que la iban a buscar, de ahí todo lo demás excelente la carne y todo

    Food One of the appetizers was forgotten Appetizers arrived over an hour after we ordered. Lobster and steak were cold, over cooked and hard as rocks. Asparagus and mashed potatoes were room temperature. Best part of the meal was baked potatoes that were piping hot. Service Plates were thrown on the table in front of us, wrong food was brought. Had to wait for water and wine to be brought to us. Our waiter was MIA for list of the night. We went for Christmas dinner and were completely disappointed, there was not one redeeming part of the experience. We have been coming to the Morton’s chain for almost 20 years and this was the worst food and service that we have ever had. Understaffed! Do not take the reservation if you cannot accommodate your guests. It was unfair to your staff and your guests. Many tables around us had the same complaints. We won’t be back.

    Steaks were excellent. Service was generally good until we got to dessert. It took over 20 minutes to get a coffee and a couple of pieces of pie. This was more time than it took to prepare our steaks! Unfortunately, with such a long delay, we ran out of time to actually enjoy dessert before needing to rush to get to call time.

    Reservation at 6:15; arrived at 6:00 (had show to attend at 8 PM). Not seated till 6:30. Informed waiter we were in somewhat of a rush. Initially seemed to work efficiently to bring food…..then slowed down. Not sure why. Had to rush through meal; no time for dessert or coffee. Ordered filet with Cognac sauce; never brought sauce to table…..although believe charged for it. In future…….dont accept reservations unless prepared to handle. Also, please inform customers if out of product at time they order…. Not after half way done with steak. I know ‘show’ nights during holidays can get crazy; please staff and stock appropriately. Not sure will be returning anytime soon.
