   Morton’s is usually a great experience. Unfortunately our waiter was NOT very good. Our bread arrived hard and crunchy, and the service was just not up to the usual Morton’s service level we’re used to.

   Love love love. Will definitely be going back. Steak was amazing. Service was even better. Our server made excellent recommendations and was so helpful it making the evening special for my boyfriend’s birthday.

   Our server Eddie was delightful, the ambiance was great and the noise level was nice! We actually stopped in 2 other restaurants before this one and they were SO LOUD. My partner and I even discussed becoming regulars because we had such a good experience!

   Everything was great except our server as I think she was tending to the bar and to us which delayed us from ordering. Also we ordered an appetizer but it was never out in or brought out. Lastly I am a Landry Select member and she never added my visit to my account and we spent alot of money. Thanks.

   Not the same level of service as before. Drinks were not right, food was bland. Only thing that came out right was the coffee and dessert. It used to be my go to but definitely will not go back by choice.

   Great salad, great steaks cooked perfectly. Dora, our server, was fantastic. Highly recommend!

   We were a party of 5 and were there on a Monday night, 7:30pm. Maybe the day/time was why it fell short of my expectations. The steaks were excellent, as always. The bacon wrapped appetizer was delicious. However, the sides on this night were just average. We had the lobster shell and cheese, creamed spinach, and the brussel sprouts. The lobster was tough and dry, the brussel sprouts and creamed spinach were bland. They were much better when we had them other times. The service was good but we did not appreciated the staff starting to cover the tables with plastic sheets starting around 8:30. The russling sound was very distracting. If they wanted us out of the restaurant by closing, they could've served us faster. We waited a bit for our steaks and dessert courses This was a disappointing experience. We won't be going back any time soon - especially on a weeknight.
