Morton's The Steakhouse, the nation's premier steakhouse group, specializes in classic, hearty fare, serving generous portions of USDA prime aged beef, as well as fresh fish, lobster and chicken entrees. The menu features a variety of favorite cuts, including a 24 ounce porterhouse, which is the house specialty; a 16 ounce New York Strip and a 12 ounce double cut filet.

    Our steak and lamb was undercooked based on what we requested, and the lamb had no flavor. I was disappointed.

    Made a reservation two months in advance for Christmas Dinner, on the reservation we specifically stated that we were celebrating a birthday and requested a quiet table near a window. When we were led to a table in the middle of the room by hostess, I requested an other available table in a corner instead, the hostess was visibly annoyed by this and made us walk back to waiting area to see if she could “accommodate” that and came back after a couple of minutes to bring us to the corner table. Mind you, I had made a window table request on the reservation, which I didn’t even bother mentioning and it was just a request for literally the next table over but it was just such a petty reaction to make a point of chastising us for making a request that had literally been on the reservation, so it did leave a bad first impression. Luckily, the rest of the meal was very pleasant, thanks to our terrific waiter, Carlos. He welcomed us, wishing my spouse a happy birthday and gave us ample time to go over our menu. The food was quite good, though we did experience some hiccups, like my lobster bisque was barely lukewarm by the time I received it. It didn’t stop me from eating it as is but if it wasn’t a busy Christmas meal service, I probably would have requested a warmer serving. Also, one of our steaks was overcooked, which was corrected but we did have to wait a while since the restaurant was pretty busy. At the end of our meal, Carlos brought us a wonderful Carrot Cake we had spied being served to another customer for my spouse’s birthday dessert, and took our photo and presented us with a copy of the photo in a card, which was a wonderful momento of our meal and a very nice personalized touch. All in all, we really enjoyed and appreciated our Christmas dinner at this Morton’s and would recommend to others.

    Exceptional service. One of our party has a nut allergy and not only did they accommodate us, when our food arrived the servers explained to us that all of the sides (served family style) were made nut free, so everyone at the table could enjoy them. We had salads, filets, salmon, asparagus, and spinach. Food was exceptional, except the decaf cappucino, which I suspect was instant. Regardless of the decaf, the food was well prepared, served hot and tasted great!

    The atmosphere was nice but the quality of the food was overpriced compared to the taste of the food. There was no seasoning on the food.

    We were thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one. Our dining experience at Morton’s was truly exceptional.

    My reservation was at 10pm. I confirmed via telephone and open-table text message that I was on my way and would get there at 10pm. I got there at 10:02pm. We literally had to beg for them to let us in the restaurant (literally). Finally, the supervisor came out and allowed us in, insinuating in a rude manner he was doing us a favor in letting us in. We went in only because our 7 year old was hungry. If it weren’t for that, I would have refused to be served. Extremely dissapointed and actually offended. The supervisor has no empathy, particularly in such a high end restaurant. That is no way to treat a customer. He should be reprimanded and in fact relieved from his functions. Awful experience for a 23 December.
