They were very busy and seated us 25 minutes late. The service and food were excellent.

Everything was completely rushed and out of order. We have been frequenting Morton’s for over ten years and this time was way below standards. Disappointing!

We dined at Morton’s on Christmas Day late afternoon into the evening. It was a 5-Star experience from start to finish!! Yes, they were very busy but we were allowed to relax and enjoy a fabulous meal with terrific service, and never felt rushed for one minutes. Our waiter Andrew stayed on top of our experience the entire time making sure all our needs were taken care of in a friendly and welcoming way. Some in our party had steaks- cooked exactly as ordered- and some had the salmon which was also amazing. And because the restaurant was so busy it was great to see the manager monitoring the dining room and checking with each table making sure everything was going well. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and we had the best time. Thank you Morton’s for a perfect Christmas dinner!

The service was impeccable, and the restroom was decorated in a very festive spirit. We ordered the holiday meal for two and it was beyond our expectations. Morton has the best lobster bisque and the Château Briand was delicious.. We love the fact that the sauces elevate the meal. The service is very attentive and in tune to delivering a pleasant dining experience.. we will continue to go to Morton’s on special occasions!

Two hours at the table before dinner arrived. Steak was average. Not exceptional. Last time ever for this situation. Nothing has value. Nothing was special. A total nightmare.

We dined on Christmas Day early afternoon. Requested a quieter table as guests with hearing aids - table was perfect! We all had steaks of differing temps and cuts - ALL were perfect and amazing!! Mine practically melted in my mouth. We all were raving. We pretty much all left later in a food coma. I think all of us ordering different potatoes was probably our downfall. My stuffed baked potato was enormous!! Unfortunately we were too full for desserts but this will definitely be our Christmas dinner go to place for next year. Will of course come back during the year as well. Kudos to the entire staff that worked on Christmas Day. Probably would rather be home with family but their labors were truly appreciated. What a great place!!

Last year I visited and had a wonderful meal in the main dining room. This year they stu k us in a side room that didn’t have the ambiance of the dining room. More importantly, the steak in ordered medium rate came basically raw. The lobster tail was overcooked and dry. However the creamed corn and salad were both delicious.
