The food and experience is what you could expect from a casual steakhouse. I have to give huge props to the chef that evening though for absolutely crushing a perfect medium rare steak. Usually I order and am disappointed but this person got it absolutely perfect.

This wasn't our first visit, and we typically liked everything about this restaurant. the place is warm and welcoming, and the ambiance is pleasant. This last visit was our first disappointment. The service was very slow. After ordering drinks and appetizers, it took another 45 min. before our server came back to take our order. It took a bit before the food came out, and this was the biggest disappointment of the evening. Steaks ordered medium came out barely rare, and quite frankly, from the 4 different level of cooking that steaks were ordered, everything came out very rare and bloody. The taste of 2 of them was awful, and some of the items had to be asked for a few times, such as fries and garlic butter. We do understand that it hard to be perfect all the time, but this one was a hard miss for us.

Service was excellent and the server was very attentive despite being very busy. Food was pretty good could have been hotter but overall ok

We always have a great experience whenever we go to Mr.Mile’s in West Ed. Our server Sarah was very nice & attentive to whatever we needed. And as always the food was delicious! It was a great place to spend Valentines Day

The server was fantastic. After waiting an hour, we finally received our meal, and three out of the four meals were cold. We asked him if they could be put in the microwave to warm up. They took my meals back. They returned 15 minutes later, and they were still cold. The restaurant stated that they were short-staffed in the kitchen and that the meals would be taken off the bill. I’ll give them credit for stepping up.

Amazing food, always love coming here! Brought my family here for my sister’s birthday and we all loved it. We especially loved the board game aspect and we all will be returning here in the future for more dinner reservations! ❤️
