The Mount Erica Hotel, loved and revered corner Pub. includes public bar, indoor and outdoor dining/function spaces. Offering a menu of elevated pub classics, tap beer, cocktails and extensive wine list. Delivered in a relaxed venue with a designer edge.

*All bookings are for our dining room for sit-down dining. We have our front bar and courtyard available for casual drinks, and are on a walk in basis. Dogs and children are welcome in the venue until 8pm.

MOST OF OUR DISHES WERE GREAT EXCEPT THE RIGATONI PASTA - SORRY BUT NOT TASTY AND BORING AND THE DATE PUDDING WAS LIKE A CAKE NO DATES IN FLAVOUR AND THE SAUCE WAS SO ALCOHOLIC IT HIT YOU HARD, NEEDS SOFTENING AND ADDED DATE FLAVOUR, IT WAS VERY AVERAGE. A PITY BECAUSE THE REST OF THE FOOD IS GREAT.

The vegetarian selection is still utterly rubbish. Why can’t there be one dish that’s actually not terrible or weird combinations. Also the slaw was pure mustard - the schnitzel was super crispy though

Service was great. 3 of us had the Chicken schnitzel and slaw.. chicken was good but slaw was overpowered by too much mustard. Told the waiter .. hopefully this has been passed on to the chefs .

The food is excellent - I eat at Mount Erica at least once a week. Staff are awesome.

Unfortunately latest visit for dinner was underwhelming. Some new items on the menu that lacked flavour and and some old ones not as good as usual. Maybe some new kitchen staff or just a glitch as usually is pretty good food.

My husband and I were looking for something a little different. Staff were very warm and greeted us like old friends .time given for us to decide menu and drinks. Once we decided there was time given to have starters and then our meals came out. Lovely presentations staff awesome. Value for money .lovely meal and lovely pinot....

As ever: fabulous. Lovely steak, excellent chips, tasty coleslaw and magnificent bearnaise. Also excellent wine list by the glass. Only whinge is the noise. Steak Night Tuesday is mega popular and mega loud. But who cares! Great steak!
