Rising star Executive Chef Colin Sato has redefined the Mugen dinner experience with his new five-course menu, designed in collaboration with Pastry Chef Jamon Harper and in consultation with renowned Chef Alan Wong. Please note that the visibility of the setting sun varies throughout the year, and while the sky will remain beautifully lit up, the setting orb of the sun may be partially obscured, offering a unique and intimate ambiance.” Minimum Two guests ($280 for two): One ounce Golden Osetra Caviar - (serves two), Includes two glasses of Louis Roederer "Collection 244" Brut Champagne, cured egg yolk, chives, creme fraiche, shallots, smoked sturgeon pate, taro chips, and buttermilk blinis.                                               Hard to find another place that literally has it all! From the staff, ambiance, the food presentation, and taste! Great place to celebrate special occasions. The staff created such a memorable first time experience for us, that we look forward to our next visit! Love the surprise chocolate they give at the end! It was totally unexpected and is quite heavenly.

                                              Wow, wow and wow!!! Amazing view of Waikiki beachfront, perfect service and exquisite decor. If you need a special spot for that special someone, Mugen Champagne & Caviar service is the perfect treat. Can’t put in words how magnificent this place is!!!!

                                              Impeccable fine dining. The suited front-of-house staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable without being overly formal. Each course was a work of art visually. Interesting and beautiful flavor/texture compositions. Make an excuse to eat here.

                                              This was as good as any Michelin 3 star experience, I have had. Everything was fantastic. Gourmet continental dining with a little Hawaiian twist. Food outstanding, wine pairing outstanding, service outstanding, price fair.

                                              Had the tasting menu with wine pairings. The cooking and pairings were superb. Service was gracious and attentive. The room was elegant and serene.

                                              Shocked such a high quality establishment was in the middle of Waikiki. Food was world class and the favors were a perfect balance. Not one dish was so so, every single one of them was fantastic

                                              I have eaten at a lot of high-end restaurants all around the globe and this is by far the most amazing place and high quality experience I have ever had! It was my last night in Hawaii and the general manager made sure that it was a special experience by bringing us up to the venue's rooftop to see the sunset prior to our dinner experience. Our server was so knowledgeable and his recommendations were so complimentary to the menu. The wine pairings were insane and such an amazing compliment to the food. My son had an amazing experience trying foods and wines that he would never have. We already have plans to come back to Hawaii and this restaurant will certainly be on the agenda! This restaurant was everything that we were looking for and more!!!

                                              This is the best restaurant I have ever been to in my life…. Truly amazing. The most professional staff we have ever come across just truly unreal. Everything is perfect from the drinks to the service to the plates to the silverware. We can’t express this enough. It is an experience not just a dinner. The pallet requirement is very diverse however, the explanation through the staff to maximize the taste truly changed the entire meal once again we can’t thank them enough and the price is way below what it actually should cost

                                              We were treated to an amazing final sunset of 2024 with champagne in hand and then escorted to their 5 course tasting menu for new years eve. The amuse bouche with uni was excellent as was the Kampachi done with a garlic chili oil in a kind of South Asian style. The dessert was also a standout both for presentation and taste. Mugen is not inexpensive but there is thought and refined technique in every dish which is worth the price.
