We are rooted in Beacon Hill, where we are proud to serve a seasonal beverage program alongside personal and intimate Filipino dishes inspired by our childhood memories

We accept daily walk-ins at our bar and a few allotted tables. This is on a first come first serve basis. For 5 or more guests, please come early and speak to our host

Dagli editor di OpenTable: La Best New Chef di Food & Wine Melissa Miranda rappresenta la nuova generazione della cucina filippina al Musang, dove propone interpretazioni innovativi dei piatti preferiti della sua infanzia. Parliamo quindi di piatti come la Caesar salad con influenze filippine, il sisig di funghi e un ricco kare-kare di costolette, che hanno fatto guadagnare al locale numerose nomination ai James Beard Awards. Le persone del posto amano la sala da pranzo accogliente all'interno del locale viola arredato in stile artigiano che si estende in un patio all'aperto circondato da mattoni.

The food is extremely salty, and it leans more towards Filipino fusion rather than traditional cuisine.

Food was amazing. Dessert was chefs kiss. Staff were amazing (albeit a little slow to come around sometimes). Had a perfect holiday family reunion meal and left slightly uncomfortable in our stretchy pants :)

We really enjoyed our visit to Musang, and it is well worth the effort to book the reservation ahead of time (they tend to fill up!). The waitress helped us understand the menu and offered a lot of details about the flavors and dishes. The food was incredible with many different flavors and textures unlike anything we had ever tasted. The restaurant was very full, and the seating was tight and open (no booths etc), so the noise level was a bit high due to so many people talking in the room. All the staff were highly knowledgeable and took pride in their work and sharing the amazing food they make. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants a top-notch culinary adventure showcasing the very best of Filipino cuisine. I gave four stars for value because it was more expensive than anticipated - I had brought a gift certificate thinking it would cover most of the meal for 2 and we easily spent more than twice the value of the certificate. (We did order a couple fancy drinks though.) The food is definitely high quality but I did feel the prices were a little high.

Filipino food might not be for me. However, the short ribs were bland. This is not a cuisine issue. The dish was $48 and bland - even with the sauce. Overall, the value is terrible. I understand costs are increasing these days but for $65pp (3 dishes for 2 people including an appetizer), you can get a LOT better in Seattle and most cities. I’m glad I tried it but will definitely not be coming back

Musang is amazing, obviously, the food is incredible, everyone knows that. But I write this to thank our server and the restaurant staff for being so kind and accommodating with our baby and toddler. We felt really welcomed and the babes had a fantastic time. Thanks Musang team!

all the food was served is salty broth and sauces. They tasted good but left there feeling sick. No way to modulate your salt intake. Sent the potato back they were cold and tasteless and very salty. They were supposed to have tamarind. Asked three times for my rice. Very very loud music. We did not have a conversation until we left the place.

Highly recommend Musang for its food and ambiance. Every dish was delicious and creative. The only downside was parking which is, of course, not the fault of the restaurant. Just give time to find street parking. Definitely would go back again!
