                                                                    I purchase a pulsd to use while I was visiting New York this past weekend at Mykonos Bleu for brunch. I created the reservation as they instructed after purchasing the pulsd. Initially when we arrived the hotel advised the restaurant was closed. After a few calls they came down and got us. Once we got to the restaurant we realized setup was being done for a private event in the main restaurant. The manager sat us at the bar and advised her figure it out. About 15 mins later he sat us on another side away from the private event. This side was dark, had it view of the city, and seemed very dirty. After we ordered the manage came back and told us they had no brunch and that they forgot to block out the reservations. I also over heard another customer arrive advising that she had booked a birthday brunch for a party of 16 which I guess was going to take place on the side we were on which is why he told us they didn’t have any brunch items available. Unfortunately the brunch was planned for our last day in NYC so we’re not able to reschedule and use it a later date. This caused us to waste an hour of our vacation on a brunch that we never got! Pulsd did refund me for the voucher as soon as I informed them. I would not recommend this restaurant due to the unprofessionalism displayed this past weekend.

                                                                    Food was good. That’s all I can really say. All the photos are very misleading. Drinks were lacking alcohol and very limited l. “Rooftop” really isn’t anything to brag about since there’s no view to speak of. The 2 rooftop spaces are meant for a larger party (as I was told, even though they sat a party of 3 there who left well before my party of 4 did and the “larger” party never showed). Lastly, in what world are paying patrons asked to leave because space is needed for a larger party? Space , time management, and customer service is seriously lacking. I could understand if a party was just lingering around but not one whose is continuously order drinks to keep our special occasions going.

                                                                    The food and ambiance was good, but the drinks were horrible. No cocktail list and the most basic drinks (gin and tonic, whiskey sour) were undrinkable. I suggest having drinks before hand and then heading over. The restaurant is divided into two sides of the building. One side of the restaurant hosts a DJ and the other side is quieter and more conducive to conversing.

                                                                    This review may not be completely fair as I never got a chance to eat there. I made reservations for 3:30 for a birthday party for my 13 year old daughter and her friends. That morning I received a confirmation email for the reservation, but when I arrived we were told that the restaurant didn’t open until 4:30. We were offered to wait and they brought us a pitcher of water. It was sugar water that was prepared for the bar and we all took a sip and spit it out. I blame OpenTable for booking a restaurant off hours, and I never got a chance to try anything, except for the sugar water but the view was ok and the seats were comfortable.

                                                                    An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Friendly accommodating staff, delicious food, beautiful scenery - everything we could have asked for our anniversary dinner, and more!

                                                                    The restaurant extremely need a renovation, and ok It’s outdoor dinner but they have to find the way to refreshing the ambiance It’s way too hot and not smell good.

                                                                    Other reviews say it all. The view is incredible but the restaurant seems poorly managed. They were out of several menu items and bar staples along with food coming out cold. The pulsd voucher is still a decent deal but this place could be amazing if management improved.

                                                                    Rooftop was nice. Overall ambiance needed work! Lamb chops were good. Mousaka poor and salad was old! Told they ran out of beer!? Service was spotty at best. Not a good experience!
