We had a really bad experience as when we arrived at our booking time there was a notice on the door to say restaurant was closed. We had a long journey to get there and it would have been nice if they could have let us know before we got there

Arrived with my party of four to see a sign saying it was shut! No notice, no contact. Trying to find a table of four on a Saturday night was a nightmare. Would not visit again. Awful service.

We booked online and via the OpenTable app. when arriving we saw the restaurant was closed with a sign saying "closed due to unforeseen circumstances", which is fine as these thhings happen. However, if a restaurant is closed as bookings cannot be honoured then I expect to receive a cancellation notice via the OpenTable App so as I don't waste my time and have to find somewhere else to eat which is not fully booked.

THIS PLACE HAS SHUT DOWN!!!! Turned up for a meal booked after booking on opentable.com to find it was closed!! And we had not been notified - 8 hungry people in Norwich on a Saturday evening with nowhere to go! So although I’ve given a 1* that’s only because there was no way of filling in a review with a 0* Please remove this restaurant from your website

Summary: Waiter lied about their Roti Canai being fresh. Rice on both mains was microwaved and reheated as it was dry and hard. My coconut rice tasted nothing of coconut (was bland). The fish curry my partner had was full of bones and was essentially inedible. My rendang was not rendang let’s just say that. I complained to the manager on station and he was rude and unwilling to assist. I told him I will not pay full price as the food is virtually inedible (we ate 2/3 mouthfuls). After he reluctantly decided he would reduce the bill by £20, he then proceeded to overcharge me on my card. I first came to this restaurant when it opened and was excited to see if I could get good Malaysian food. I was disappointed but decided to give it another shot. I believe it has become worse unfortunately. I am Malaysian and regularly go to KL and Penang to eat some of my favourite foods. If you want anything even remotely resembling Malaysian food, do not go here.

Waited almost an hour for subpar food to arrive. The food appeared half finished and very different to photos of their food on their social media and menu. Our table hadn’t been set properly and tables next to us were left dirty for a long time before being cleaned. Drinks also took half an hour after ordering to arrive. However, wait staff were friendly and apologetic regarding the wait - I think they were aware of how disappointing the experience was!
