Nagomi is the first Korean / Japanese restaurant in the Cotswolds & Gloucestershire offering an indoor smokeless table bbq & hot pot experience (we use the world leading yakiniku table grill from Japan). This is massively popular in Japan, Korea, London and the USA, so come and try it out !!

We also have a great selection of authentic Japanese & Korean dishes + sushi rolls cooked from scratch in the kitchen, if you don't fancy DIY grilling. We have separate Gluten Free and Vegetarian/Vegan menus available.

All of our dishes have been taught to us by Korean and Japanese chefs, so that we can give you the most authentic experience possible.

Our atmosphere is relaxed and fun, so that you can enjoy your time with us. A lot of our interior artwork, laterns & signage has been imported from Japan & Korea, just make you feel as though you could be dining in Osaka, Japan, or Hongdae, Korea !!

My first time at Nagomi, and what a fantastic experience. The menu choices are perfect and the service was faultless. Will definitely go here again when in Cheltenham.

A great food dining experience - cooking some of your own meat dishes at the table. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful in explaining dishes. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent from start to finish. Portia the owner is an exceptional host and works tirelessly to make sure all her diners are happy. We keep returning to Nagomi as unlike many restaurants in Cheltenham it is a different experience with excellent menu choices and proper interactive cooking fun!

We had a lovely family meal at Nagomi. The staff were friendly and fun and helped guide us as to what to order. The food was delicious and the BBQ made the meal into a whole experience which we and the kids thoroughly enjoyed.

Brilliant experience and tasty food! Slow service but communicated by staff and compensated with free extras. A different birthday experience which was good fun.

A great mix of Korean and Japanese food at reasonable prices and with staff who care about the food. I can't wait to take the family for the BBQ experience as I know they will love it. Good values set lunches means this is a great restaurant - whatever time of day.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Nagomi, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Portia and the team made us feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality was exceptional, warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared. The BBQ experience was a highlight! Each bite was a delight, and the selection of dishes we tried showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality and authenticity. The atmosphere was vibrant, lively, and full of energy - perfectly balanced between excitement and comfort. It was a busy evening, yet everything ran seamlessly thanks to the hardworking and well-coordinated staff. A huge thank you to Portia and the entire team for such a fantastic experience.
