At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and the excellent quality produce that is available locally. The majority of our food is freshly prepared and cooked from ‘farm to fork’ by our Head Chef Andy Millard and his enthusiastic kitchen team. Our menu is varied and seasonal, appealing to all tastes and includes Chef Specials, favourite traditional “pub classics” and Sunday roasts. We cater for different palettes and today’s changing tastes including children, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. As our dishes are prepared and cooked in house, we can usually accommodate most dietary needs.We pride ourselves on serving locally produced real ales. Our ales come from the excellent local microbreweries and are of a very high quality. We offer a range of good quality wines and spirits to compliment our menu.

Delicious food. Faultless Service. And the extra jug of custard was greatly appreciated. Fion our waitress could not have been more helpful. Thank you for another fabulous meal.

Superb as always. Fabulous vegetarian and vegan menu. Lots of choice. Service was excellent and welcoming.

Great place with a great vibe. God menu selection and nice buzz about the place. Service was great. Small nit pick with my tagliatelle was it was a bit too creamy which detracted a little from the flavour. But I ate it and we will be back. Thank you.

lovely evening again ! try the Flat breads , really tasty plenty of filling , had cod on the chorizo Risotto , lovely dish great flavours and textures , fab chocolate /strawberry cheese cake , great ! super bottle of viognier /Marsanne , smooth ...All in all perfect , Thank you again :)

We have eaten here numerous times, 3 times in the last week, so we have sampled the majority of the food. It is difficult to recommend just one dish as they are all exceptional (The Welsh Burger is stunning!). The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the vibe is perfect. The setting of the Nags Head and how they present themselves is "spot on", just what you would expect from a country pub/restaurant. We can't recommend this place enough and we will continue to stay here & eat here, whenever we are in the area.

A warm welcome, the place was busy but we were served promptly. The food was delicious, we had beef bao buns and jerk chicken flatbreads to start, and chicken supreme and lamb rump for mains, too full for dessert. All very tasty, we are never disappointed here.

Yet another brilliant evening at the Nags Head . Six of us , all thuroughly enjoyed , Lovely ( and Huge ) Fish pie , full of Salmon and other mixed fish , Starters all perfect , couldnt fault , Thanks to the team yet again !
