we were impressed with the aesthetics of the place when we first walked in, however things went downhill once service started. the waitress was hardly around, could not give any proper recommendations and just kept kept saying 'Everything is good' which was a little displeasing. then when we started eating the bread was lovely and warm, however the meats and the salads had no taste what's so ever. as soon as we received our food, the next table was smoking shish-a, which made me feel sick as I am pregnant and had my one year old right next to me. when I complained the manager just said normally we ask but this time we didn't. we just looked at him blankly, no idea what to say in return and just had no choice but to walk away with the worst experience. wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We booked a table for six , ordered dinner, drinks and dessert. By the time we ordered the dessert we were told that there is two hour limit ( which we weren’t aware of since no one told us about it. We told them we’ve ordered the dessert but the manager said you can move to another table and have 15 min to eat the dessert. We were shocked from the disrespect that the manager showed us especially that we weren’t just sitting with no orders, we were waiting for the desserts to arrive. It turned out that some group the want our table specifically even though there are other empty tables but they preferred ours. We were treated as if we are a less class than the VIP group even though our order was hundreds of dollars but still treated as if we’re there to eat for free this is unprofessional and disrespectful treatment that cant be acceptable by any one. We felt so bad that night especially that one of our friends is leaving Canada and we wanted to spend some good time together. Also the tea was bad they chose the cheapest brand and the Knafeh was bad as well.

Good vibe, an impressive food presentation, the Bingo night was fun. My feedback regarding the food, we had the shish kebab and eggplants, very nicely done but the kebab was a bit too salty, the second dish was the chicken escalope, the fries and the chicken was very good, but the dish was on the dry side, a larger portion of the coleslaw would have been good or even a side dish of ketchup. The kunafe was delicious and very generous size, we were 3 adults and we couldn't finish it. The service was ok but not outstanding, friendly but they only checked on us once during the meal, they were all very busy and was waited quite a while until we got noticed, the table had no napkins, and the Kunafe came with no plates just forks, we asked for plates and napkins but they never came. Overall a good experience and enjoyable.

Great food , great experience overall. Not your typical restaurant, live music, dancing, events type of place. Will be back.

I didn’t know what to expect since there are mixed reviews on OpenTable. My friend and I went for her birthday on Saturday night. We were told there was a minimum $65 spend through OpenTable message. I looked at the menu in advance and was looking forward to trying their grill items and kebabs.. When we got there they told us there was something wrong with the grill and those items weren’t available. However through out the night I saw grills come out, and they told us those were reserved in advance with the set menu which we never got the option for. The restaurant was beautiful, and I really did enjoy the show which started at 11pm (on their website it said 9:30 so we had to wait) Most people didn’t arrive until 10:30pm so I would make the reservation later if I was going again. The food was okay, we ended up just having apps and 1 main with shisha to share. They don’t offer tap water for some reason, so everything you buy goes towards the $65 minimum spend. There was also a birthday section in the night that we weren’t aware of. When asked the waiter if he can do something small for my friend he said it was too late.. yet they kept bringing out cake for other tables. I felt like they weren’t prepared for new requests or didn’t want to accommodate. There is also no prices on the alcoholic drinks menu which is weird. And no mention of what is included on the set menu for people to decide prior to going. Overall outside of the food and service, the ambience was enjoyable. It felt like going to a fun Arab wedding. The other guests were kind and fun to be around. Overall I would make sure to call the restaurant and ask in advance everything for the night since I think they lack flexibility during the dinner service to make any accommodations.

Very nice place, lovely people, good service, we went their to celebrate my wife’s birthday, we loved the place, we will be there again.

Great ambiance and fantastic tea. Food is a different story. Ordered a shashouka and received scrambled eggs with tomatoes, which was disappointing. It tasted ok. Review would be higher if I got served actual shakshouka next time.

We went for lunch after booking on OT and I did not want a buffet brunch for Mother’s Day. There was no mention on website or on OT regarding Buffett and we had to go with it.
