                                                                          As a regular patron of Nan’s, this was the first visit in which the food didn’t meet expectations. They were stingy with the tempora vegetables which had no flavor and lobster tail almost too tough to cut.

                                                                          For party of 4 they automatically add 30% tip. While the service was excellent and Understand making sure the server is compensated but 30% is excessive.

                                                                          It was my birthday and everyone around received a birthday cake to celebrate and our waitress didn’t even ask if I wanted to order anything. They knew it was a birthday celebration because a card was placed on the table. Also we were seated in the back of the restaurant at a horrible table, I went to host and asked to be moved. I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and brought multiple people to experience the food which is amazing. However the restaurant could feel a bit more inclusive for others patrons other than whites. I hate to say that but it’s true. The owner who is adorable was friendly but spent more time engaging with people she knew and simply smiled at us. Bill came to 450.00 which the food was worth it but my experience could and should have been better.

                                                                          Food was spectacular! Top notch service all around! Alex (bartender) provided great drink suggestions for my companions. Everything was so perfect - it was hard to leave!

                                                                          Wonderful food and server, Robert. Food delivery was slow due to 2 large parties there and some errors in the process. That said, will definitely come back as the food is consistently top notch as is the wait staff.

                                                                          First dining experience at Nan Thai for a date night with my wife. Five daily specials each had lobster included (Two appetizers and three entrees). After we ordered what we wanted from the regular menu, my wife and I were both surprised with their persistent upselling approach of additional sides, special drinks, and bottled waters. When I ordered a specific wine that I know and like, it was suggested that a different French wine (more expensive) would be better. When the check arrived with a 20% gratuity already added, I felt like the entire evening had been focused on increasing the $ amount rather than ensuring that we had a delightful dining experience. Bottom line the food we ordered was delicious. Service was excellent. Overall the meal was a good value. A 20% tip was deserved, but for a party of two should not have been automatically added.
