   Service was good. Food was just ok. Steaks came out and wasn’t hot. Sides got cold while waiting to get new steaks. 2nd round come out overcooked.

   Wonderful staff. Great atmosphere. Or waiter was such a delight well educated on the menu and hope to pair drinks with our meals!

   Tried out for the first time in a few years and was only impressed by the service. Very overpriced, especially for extras such as wine and cocktails, sides, etc. The food was good, but doesn’t stand out compared to the other high end steak houses downtown. A trip to the north shore or downtown Pittsburgh is worth the extra drive if you live North of the city for what you’re going to pay. It wasn’t a “bad” experience or meal, but we walked away very unimpressed. The table staff were very attentive and on their game. Hats off to the staff. The food just isn’t worth the cost when there are better options a short drive away

   Service and food were outstanding. They did a great job all around and decanted a nice but old bottle of red wine very patiently. Apps, entrees and desserts were all good. Thanks again!

   My husband and I have been going here for his Birthday, every year, for the past 3. The experience is always wonderful. Our waiter, sean, was fantastic. We ordered the special of steak and scallops and couldn’t have been happier with our choices. Each time we go, I’m a little nervous that I might be let down because the last time was so great, but it continues to impress. We’re looking forward to next time!

   Napa Prime is indeed one of our favorites. I took my girlfriend there for dinner on her birthday and everything was outstanding as always. I also like to take my granddaughter there because it is her favorite. Great food and great service.

   Fabulous food; fantastic service (Christina was wonderful!!); LOVED the slower pace - time to eat and chat in between courses. We were there over two hours - and it was terrific!!
