The surf and turf with the black label wagyu was good but not as good as the Japanese wagyu. Our server, Hattie, was excellent. She took great care in addressing my wife's shellfish allergy by letting us know the Brussel sprouts were fried in the same oil as shellfish. Also, my wife indicated that she would most likely be sharing her salad with me, so Hattie offered to bring a plate for me to make it easier to share.

It was our son’s 19th Birthday and he picked Prime, as he’s done in the past. He loves the food! We live it too, as well as the service and how kind everyone is. The food is always incredible! You can’t go wrong with Napa Prime. Nice Cigar lounge too!

We are in the bar area so a bit louder than the dining room. It was still manageable. The food and service was outstanding as always. Their steaks, lobster, mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, and dessert was wonderful!

Always a good experience…we sat in the bar area…so a little loud and busy…but still enjoyed the experience…staff are terrific!

We had a wonderful experience. Our food and server Anthony was excellent! Drinks were also very good. We had holiday cocktails. Although I did have a red wine and it was served chilled which seemed odd to me. I still drank it and never said anything.

Overall very good, very busy, and quality food. Service seemed to be too much, everyone coming over to check on the table too often out and felt very rushed. Gorgeous interior and lighting. Wish there was more privacy and spacing between tables, felt a bit cluttered. The sommelier was useless and gave no guidance or help. Loved that there is plenty of parking around the restaurant and close to the entrance.

This was are first time at NapaPrime. The service was first class ! The food was also the best. The manager came by our table to make sure we were happy with our meal. We will return soon.
