                                                                              Our service was excellent. The server explained everything and answered all our questions. Our drinks were refilled promptly. Our food was delivered at perfect temperature and tasted great. It was a great experience.

                                                                              Not terribly impressed. Service was inattentive and slow. Pizzas were not that tasty. The crust was GREAT, but the toppings were MEH. I don't see the need to return.

                                                                              I was disappointed in two things. Although we had a reservation and arrived on time we were not seated promptly. Then we were offered a high top by the door. We asked for a different table and it took them a long time to seat us even though there were plenty of tables. The food was just ok. The salad did not seem to have dressing. Pasta dishes were good but not great. Not what I expected from a Napoli branded restaurant

                                                                              This was our first time at Napoli Bros and it did not disappoint! We were a table of 5 and had the toasted ravioli and the ciabatta as appetizers and then 3 vodka pizzas. Everything was delicious and we had plenty to take home! The service was amazing, our water was refilled constantly! Highly recommend!
