We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Hale tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Celebrate the holidays at natuRe Waikīkī (Please read to the end) From Dec 13 to Jan 5 we will offer our 7-course Holiday Tasting Menu. Enjoy 6 savory courses and 1 dessert incorporating locally-sourced ingredients, including Kona abalone, hearts of palm, and Big Island beef. Tasting menu is $150/person (including keiki) For an additional cost we will offer optional: - Supplements - Wine pairing - Local tea pairing *From Dec 21st to Jan 5th, in order to enhance our guest’s experience, we are focusing on presenting this one extra-special offering. Amazing holiday prix fix menu. Highly recommend the wagyu tartare with uni add on as that was my wife and my favorite bite. Really enjoyed the holiday present theming, felt like a kid on Christmas again 😁

We had the pleasure of trying the Christmas Course at NatuRe Waikiki, and it was an unforgettable experience! Each dish was a work of art, beautifully crafted with a festive Christmas touch. The flavors were nothing short of perfection, with every bite showcasing the chef's incredible skill and attention to detail. The wine pairings were thoughtfully chosen, adding the perfect accent to elevate the entire dinner. It was a truly magical evening, and we can’t wait to return for another culinary delight! Highly recommended!

Food was exceptional. Service was great although there were minor hiccups due to the restaurant being so busy (Christmas dinner).

Early dinner on the open lanai. The Holiday Prix Fixe was on the menu. The 7 course meal was delicious, the presentation was excellent, and the service was outstanding! One of us did tea pairing and the other standard wine pairing. Quite pricey but well worth it for a special occasion.

This was our second visit. Dining at the chef’s counter and enjoying the prix fixe seasonal menu is a wonderful experience to enhance the whole evening!

Very fun and delicious, chef was super creative for this Holiday meal. Not your typical Waikiki fare and I highly recommend it.

We were the first diners to have their holiday seasonal menu and there’s definitely some kinks they need to work out. Highlights were a delicious oyster, excellent steak, twist on caprese salad.
