We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Hale tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Valentine's Romantic Dinner at natuRe Waikīkī (Please read to the end) From February 12th to 16th, we will offer our 7-course Valentine's Special Tasting Menu. Enjoy 6 savory courses and 1 dessert incorporating locally-sourced ingredients, including Ewa Sweet Corn, Kona Abalone, Big island Beef. Tasting menu is $150/person (including keiki) For an additional cost we will offer optional: - Supplements - Wine pairing - Local tea pairing *For February 14th-15th, in order to enhance our guest’s experience, we are focusing on presenting this one extra-special offering. Thank you so much Travis! My mother and father in law have always struggled to find a restaurant that caters for a vegan and regular diet. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. They both haven’t stopped talking about the food. Apparently the vegan menu was insane and both walked away completely full.

This is the second time we have been to Nature for a special celebration and they completely outdo themselves every time. The service is phenomenal, the drinks were perfect and the food was absolutely delicious. If we could, we would eat here every day. They made my birthday so special last year and my husband’s birthday so special this year! I love that they have a menu that can accommodate both vegetarian/vegans and you wouldn’t even be able to tell it’s vegan!!!

Food was excellent the steak was incredible and the abalone risotto so yum, service was great too, servers described the dishes with passion and knowledge. Overall a fantastic dining experience.
