    Great food and service. They sat us just outside of the kitchen door which was not a preferred location. Made our experience disruptive and noisy. Everything else was great

    nectar was one of my favorites when it was on-island, and the ambience is even better in blufton! best shrimp & crab & grits i’ve had, perfect hushpuppies for the table, and an amazing blood orange margarita! my favorite place to eat when i’m hilton head—so worth the trip off island.

    Lovely atmosphere. The salmon and wings were amazing ! The tomato pie was disappointing, the pie crust good but it needed marinara sauce to give add some flavor. Waitress was a bit flighty and wanted to have a conversation with us…she was sweet but we wanted to talk each other and enjoy our date night. Overall, we will return!

    We have eaten there before but this dinner included my family from Alabama and Florida and we all enjoyed our meals, thank you! Ashley (I believe I have her name correct) was very accommodating and so friendly so it helped make our dinner even more enjoyable.

    My family and I are in town for a post holiday getaway on HHI and wanted to try out Nectar based on some other reviews. We made reservations which was a great decision, we were seated as soon as we arrived. Once we were seated we were greeted by our waiter who was wearing sunglasses? in an already very dim setting. We started with drinks that were a little slow to arrive, sub par. Nothing great. We then ordered an appetizer, crab dip, which was great! Ration wisely, it doesn’t come with very much. We then ordered dinner, 3 surf and turf trios and a shrimp, crab and grits. The trio was okay. The protein seemed very under seasoned. Maybe just thrown on the grill to count as cooked. However, I did order collards instead of veggies and they were great! My husband replaced the veggies for a sweet potato but was not served any butter. After asking for a side of butter he received it much later, once the potato was already too cold to melt the butter, needless to say it was left on his plate. The shrimp, crab, grits bowl was good. No complaints regarding the dish. Overall the service lacked much, while the food lacked a little. Drinks were okay but I’ve had much better. There are plenty other restaurants I would much rather revisit!

    Very good experience with Nectar Farm Kitchen! We sat outside which was well heated and busy. Claire was our server and she was very attentive. Our orders included She Crab Soup, Hush Puppies, and a Nectar Salad, all delicious. Entrees included Chicken and Waffles, Broiled Seafood Combo and broiled Mahi Mahi. Very tasty!

    The food was absolutely top drawer. So many wonderful choices on the menu made it very difficult to choose an entrée. We went with Fried Green Tomatoes, Hush Puppies, and Poutine for appetizers. Fried Chicken, Chicken and Waffles, Shrimp and Chicken Basket, a Farm Bowl and Seafood Pasta for entrées. The flavors were remarkable, the meals all perfectly cooked and everyone loved their choices. Phenomenal friendly service. This was our first visit but it will definitely not be our last!
