                        unfortunately my experience mirrors that of the other reviews below mine. I thought, mid service is worth it for good food… but it was all terrible. I ordered steak frites, medium, and they came well done, like it had been boiled with zero flavor. I sent it back and it took about 20 min to get another, that seemed like they dumped a ton of salt and teriyaki sauce on the steak. Our server was soooo awkward, and after the initial greeting and drink order, we got more help from the host and from someone I’m assuming was at a manager level. He dropped off our plates and walked away without saying a single word. We badly wanted dessert but wanted to leave more so we left and got dessert somewhere else. We won’t visit again

                        There were more staff than patrons yet no one would pay attention to us so we got up and left 30 minutes after not even getting a drink.

                        Two stars. typically, great food. Consistently poor and slow service when dining in. Great bar. As good as the food can be, it has never made up for the very low quality and slow service provided. Bottom line: ✳️ If you're in Louisville from out of town, great place to drink 🥃, definitely find somewhere else to dine in. 🚫🍽️ You can do so much better. After sitting for 30 minutes, waiting on my meal, the waitress today finally went back and actually placed my the order I had given her when I. After 15 more minutes, she had had the kitchen throw some nonsense together as an eggs Benedict and then suggested to me she "definitely did not forget to place my order" while giggling. Unprofessional and unacceptable service for a restaurant in such a high-quality, first class hotel.

                        My first time and my last. I was a party of 2 and we were sat down for out 8:15pm reservation, place drink order and 45 minutes later, still no drink. Only 1 bartender. The food came out 9:45pm and was warm at best. The cauliflower appetizer was like mush and the fried asparagus has no flavor. My colleague had an ok burger.

                        our waitress, Deysia, was incredible. So personable and provided great service. However our food took an hour to come out which was really disappointing because we were very tired after watching the Oaks. I would recommend that on the busiest day of the year that the restaurant should have more chefs and more servers to better service it's clientele.
