Went with family for the Harry Potter pop up and it did not disappoint. Nice drinks, decent food. Staff was nice and no long wait.

Enjoyed the establishment our waiter was sooo nice as well I did not like that we were seated at a picnic table with other people and minutes after we sat down another couple was able to sit in a nice table alone as they were on a date. I appreciated the Harry Potter theme a lot though everyone was so nice

We were given a 90 minute time at the table although the reservation did not mention that. We reserved the time so we could participate at trivia night which was scheduled to 7pm but didn’t start until 7:30. By the time it started we were kicked off our table. Tried to argument with the manager but he just said he needed the table. how is that my problem? So frustrating. Drove from the western suburbs to get kicked off my table.

The slices of pizza were not worth the value or taste. Kind of only offering whole pizzas for special promotions is a little ridiculous. The drink served to me was very toxic. It tasted more like straight vodka than actually tasting any other flavors in my butter beer. I went to take my daughter, and she enjoyed the experience with the Harry Potter theme and the arcade. If you plan to take kids, one slice of pizza will still leave you hungry. My daughter had to ask for another to go cause she was still hungry after appetizers, drink, and dessert.

If you’re a Harry Potter fan, this place is cool. The decor is spot on and feels like you’re stepping right into the wizarding world. We had a 10 PM reservation and had to wait in the busy bar area about 5–10 minutes to be seated, which wasn’t too bad, but part of the reason I booked the later time was that they said it’s adults-only after 9 PM. When we got there, though, there was a big table of very loud kids (and what I’m guessing were their parents) that stuck around until after 10:30, which kind of defeated the vibe I was hoping for. The food was pretty good. The pizza and cheese curds were decent, but unfortunately, they were out of the chicken tenders and fries we tried to order first, which was a little disappointing, but I’ll chalk it up to it being late in the evening. All that said, my boyfriend is a huge Harry Potter fan, and I surprised him with this date night. He had a great time, so that’s what matters! The place is neat, though, and overall we had a good night. Just a couple of things could’ve been better.

Went for the Harry Potter pop up. 2 hours after opening, they were out of mushroom pizza. Fries were super salty. Cheese curds seemed like cut up mozzarella sticks. We ended up getting sausage pizza and it was good, but not anything special. Our server was nice, but the person answering the phone when we called ahead was kind of rude. Answered with just a hello, no name of business or the individual. Hmmed and uh-huh everything and then hung up before I finished speaking.

Food menu is basic , just pizza and 3 salads. Pizza was ok. The salad was not good. Our waiter did his best but he had too many tables and a very delayed kitchen. He was really nice and kinda. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Decoration was not as expected, too simple.

My family chose to try out Neon Gardens during their A Very Harry (Potter) January and we all had a great time. The decorations were abundant and well done. Our party had fun taking photos and enjoyed the themed drinks (I highly recommend the Butterbeer). The pizza was amazing. The food alone is reason to visit and the ambience just takes it to another level. They also have a small game room which we also hung out in.

We went to enjoy the Harry Potter pop up. The decor was okay, we had the drinks and they were good. Not packed at all, pretty empty. We went on a Saturday after 10:30. Overall enjoyed our time.

Ambiance and decor for the Harry Potter theme were on point! The themed drinks were great. But everything else was disappointing for the price point. The slices of pizza were cold and just ok in flavor. If you want your pizza hot and fresh, I recommend building your own pizza. That will guarantee a fresh pie. Our server was not good. She seemed annoyed to answer questions and rarely came to check on us. She never smiled and seemed miserable to be there. The manager was great and was more attentive to our table than our server. And we were very surprised to see that a 20% gratuity was already added to our bill. When we asked our server about it, she stated that due to the volume of customers they have, 20% gratuity was added for parties of 4 or more. We were a table of 4. While we enjoyed the Harry Potter experience, we won’t return.
