                                My meal was amazing. The entrees of my friends were undercooked and were sent back for reheating. The manager through our hostess sent new sides as well as discounted all meals. This made the experience more than satisfactory.

                                The food we had was good they discontinued french fries awhile ago and now the roasted potatoes are gone we don't care for baked or mashed very limited desert menu i you like cheese cake or chocolate you are fine but if you don't i guess to bad kinda sad

                                If you are looking for a restaurant that values your business and has excellent customer service - do not dine at Nero’s. The service was slow, the food wasn’t worth the price. Both meals were undercooked which caused us to eat dinner at different times. There was no acknowledgement or care about this from either the server or management. Our drink order was wrong. The steak actually came back charred and extremely salty. Just an overall terrible experience and not worth the cost. If you’re looking for upscale dining worth the price I would suggest Nico Taverna, Take Five Bistro or Gladstone commons. If you do find yourself at Nero’s make sure to ask for Pete as your server. He is the only server we’ve ever had that cares for customer service. Our server yesterday was terrible and nothing like Pete. However, due to this latest experience we will not be back.

                                Not sure what the problem was not very busy food was uninteresting lobster was good steak was served incorrectly asked for medium for me well done for my guest they mixed them so we switched then sent hers back they then took 15 minutes to burn it and dry it out Service was very slow didn’t seem to have enough help asked for container to take the steak home for the dogs they just dropped them on the table at least with a bag had a better steak and meal at Texas Roadhouse for half the cost

                                They no longer provide s bread basket to start. Used ham in caesar sslad instead of bacon. Food usually good, but tonight not up to standard for the price.

                                We had the best clam chowder ever. The lobster was amazing and the fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. Our server was a consumat professional and a very knowledgeable and friendly person. It's always a treat to dine at Neros Steakhouse.

                                Waited a long time for waitress to come to the table, and take our order. Waited a long time for the food to arrive. Value was horrible. Steak had so much sodium on it almost inedible. Lobster was dry and tough. Cost was much too high for quality of the food. We arrived 20 minutes early and had a bottle of wine at the bar Bartended was great fast very friendly and bubbly.
