   Pros : Beautiful restaurant, waitress Emily was friendly and professional. Food came out very quickly and everything we ordered was spectacular. We had the ricotta pancakes, caramelized French toast, eggs in purgatory and the burger. Cons: hostess was not very friendly. As hostess you are the first impression of the restaurant, act like you are happy to see us even if you don’t like your job.

   Waitress and service are slow. Food is tasty but definitely overpriced, drinks are not bad but also overpriced. The ambience is great.

   My friend and I celebrated dual birthdays today. We were greeted at the valet with very friendly conversation with our reservation at Nettuno. Service was excellent and food was outstanding. We had focaccia, Burrata, Cesar salad with prawns and Artichoke Ravioli. The waitress treated us with Tiramisu and another dessert. I don’t remember the name. Both were delicious. Afterwards one of the employees asked if we would like a tour of the Skyroom and Halo lounge. I had been to the Skyroom many years ago and it was updated but still amazing. Now the Halo lounge is outside on the rooftop with sensational views of Long Beach. I will definitely go back for another great experience.

   The Fairmont restaurant and lounge options are fantastic! Overall service at property was great. The history of the hotel has a great story. Our experience at Nettuno was very good overall.

   Beautiful time at this establishment! The recommendations from the server was spot on! Everything we tried was amazing! Food was fresh and handmade, carefully thought out, and executed beautifully. We will be back again!

   They were so accommodating to our large party. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. Food came out timely and very tasty.

   Delicious food, tasty cocktails and fantastic service. My friend’s dietary restrictions were noted when we checked in with the welcoming host, Sam. Our server, Josh, was friendly and knowledgeable. The handmade pasta is a must and so is the tiramisu!

    I love the environment of the food was delicious. The servers were a bit slow, but that’s OK. The ambience was perfect moderately noisy.
