The newly renovated Fairmont Breakers is stunning and Nettuno is the perfect addition. Nestled in the lobby you find a restaurant rich with design and flavor. The wine list was well curated. The list of cocktails and mocktails offered something for everyone. I really liked their Old Fashion. The menu boasts an array of fresh handmade pastas and other dishes not typical to the area, making this a must dine spot. We enjoyed the anchovy shortbread, carpaccio, carbonara, and veal chop.

The restaurant is beautiful and if you want a more lively vibe or a quiet vibe there are places here that suit both. The service was exceptional and very attentive, meal timing was a bit off but easily corrected as the hotel just opened. Food was wonderful and I would definitely come back here!

Fabulous experience , ambience, food & service 🩵!! The Fairmont Breakers is gorgeous & the waiters, waitresses, manager & door men are 1st class ;) Nettuno has a great menu & the views from Halo & The Skyroom are unequivocal ….. Do yourself a favor & stop in for a drink & stay for the food, service & views !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

This was my second time dining at this restaurant. The Bronzino is simply delicious. The food is very authentic Italian and the staff is extremely pleasant. Makes for a great dining experience. I’ve had two business meetings here and I plan to have more.

The food was delicious, but the portions were small. The service started out great but then deteriorated with us waiting a significant amount of time for our 2nd round of drinks and our entrees. And, after waiting and waiting, the special that I had ordered ended up being out so I had to pick something else on the menu. Our server never came back to take our dessert order, so we decided to skip dessert. My husband got his credit card out so that we could pay as soon as the server came back. She finally did bring the check and then stood and watched my husband fill out the tip. It was incredibly awkward and ended the night on a sour note. For the high price point, the service should be better.

The service was excellent. They were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They make our visit. The food was very good. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.

What an excellent renovation of the historic Breakers Hotel into the now Fairmont Hotel. Nettuno restaurant is a perfect addition. The food was wonderful.

The dinner was very delicious. We had spaghetti carbonara and the filet. The service is impeccable and staff very attentive. I will definitely return

They've done a beautiful job with the facility. 5* all the way through except for the service. Our server was well intended but not up to Fairmont standards. Key issues were the difficulties we had understanding his descriptions of the food and the fact that they were not able to make me a Negroni despite the Negronis being featured prominently on thier menu. I think this will all get sorted out soon enough and I'd encourage you to give the place a try. We went up to Halo, the rooftop bar, afterwards and had a wonderful negroni overlooking all of Long Beach. Beautiful night.
