Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative Executive Chef Michael Tomorsky and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

Celebrated our 8yr wedding anniversary at Nicco's and left there super impressed, and feeling the love. Top notch everything and the best meal I could imagine to commemorate 8yrs of love and commitment with my darling. Highly recommend! Outstanding

It was one of the best meals we've had! We started at the bar for a cocktail before our reservation time. Great drinks and vibes. Seemed like several locals. The service was fantastic; very attentive but not overwhelming. 21 day aged prime rib and the branzino were perfect. This is our new go-to restaurant when in town!

food was delicious highly recomment the ribeye and prime rib , it was a little too loud because we were sitting in the bar area . very busy place dessert was so good too. i would go back again

Top quality steak and Service. I always love the decor here, and the flow between the casino and the restaurant is a fantastic. Really well recommended place to come for locals.

Drinks and bread came late . Had to ask for refills . Steak was great, but broccoli and mushroom sides were super salty. Durango is a fun hotel, but with all the variety Las Vegas has to offer I would not return unless it was for a planned event .

Consistently terrible here. Barely busy and for obvious reasons. They need to replace the chef and crew because they can’t cook steaks to the right temperature. Even after several tries and butterflying the steak. Been there 7 times and 7 times couldn’t even enjoy a steak at a supposed steakhouse. Then my most important topic - consistent again across many station casino restaurants - missing proper training and standards on food safety with food allergies. It’s not difficult folks but at station casinos they could care less. Go ahead and kill your guest then maybe you’ll care. Never coming back to Durango ever again.
