   Nick’s has great food and excellent service. Plenty of creative dishes to choose from as well as the favorites. A must try for the Ft. Collins area.

   I was quite surprised that an Italian restaurant does not serve bread with the meal and does not use fresh ground Parmesan cheese. I grew up on the East coast and those 2 items were always found at any authentic Italian restaurant. My 2 daughters ordered basic penna pasta with marinara and meatballs. Their meal was truly basic. Both my meal and my husband's meal lacked flavor. I was surprised at this meal since I have had so many friends recommend this restaurant recently.

   I made reservations on open table and when we got there, the young hostess said we had to sit outside- it was a little chilly out. I was not happy about that, so they sat us in the game room. Disappointing, but was fine. But food is always good!

   Nick's is authentic Italian food. It is casual, the food is outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone who likes Italian food, in fact I have many times.

   This was a big disappointment. It is basically a bar and casual pizza joint. Was expecting a more upscale place due to Open Table reviews. This is a very bar like place but food is ok

   The food tastes fresh and real, great combination of ingredients. The staff is very accommodating. The menu has items from quick and light tonfull and hearty. Really a great place. Will be one of our regular spots from now on.
