Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

    Been here twice and food is always fantastic and the manager is awesome. Wonderful experience. We’re seated at a ya or close to entertainment and manager came and asked if we felt we were too close and offered us another table without us even asking.

    We went for Valentine’s Day. They had a special menu but sounds like the prime rib cart is available 5 days a week. The cheesecake we had for dessert was I believe the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Sounds like at this point it is not on the regular menu but they are in the process of updating. Here’s to hoping! Everything was delicious but that alone would bring me back!

    We really had a great time for our Valentine's evening. The staff and the prime rib were excellent!

    My second time for brunch at Nick's, and I was able to try even more food because I took my besties with me, and we were able to share. We started off with a delicious bananas Fosters gluten-free waffle. Yes, as an appetizer! Yum! Especially with the ice cream on top! I had the shrimp and grits, and they were delicious, just the right amount of spice and a great savory dish for brunch to compliment my bottomless bellini! My friends were all impressed as well and we'll for sure be back!

    The food, service, pianist and intimate setting was perfect! Highly recommend the prime rib! We will definitely return!

    Food was fine. Nothing special. Mac and cheese was the best thing we had. Services was okay. Drinks take a while, even beer and wine. Would I go back? Sure. But I'm not going expecting something fantastic. It definitely is just a decent place.

    Overall, the food, and entire staff was GREAT! Will definitely be back. Great spot for special occasions.

    This is far from a typical average hotel restaurant. The ambience of a steakhouse vibe but smaller and more intimate. The staff is very personable. The food was off charts. I chose the trout with a beet salad. The prime rib looked incredible…next time.

    A terrific dinner before concert. Bar seating worked great for us. Service from Keki was outstanding and she was so personable too. Portions from event menu were tasty and too large. We had leftovers so very Glad our car was close to store them before going into CHI. Only suggestion to make better for me would be more variety in side choices. Otherwise so glad this was our choice.
