   The only good thing I can say is that the space is beautiful! Whoever was responsible for the decor did a very good job. As someone who really appreciates aesthetics, I really wanted to love this place. But... the food was not more than ok. The fucacha at the beginning was good, but the pizza and the chicken parmasan were just ok and too salty. The drinks weren't good and the service ranged from ok to very poor. A lot of the young servers were very unprofessional, and despite the fact that it seemed like there's a lot of staff members (compared to the amount of diners), it still felt like many of them were in a hurry (compared to others that maybe didn't do enough), which affected the experience of dining in this restaurant. There's a lot of potential to this place, but at least for now, something definitely isn't working well enough.

   *Exclente atención de los meseros en general, muy atentos a las necesidades y el servicio muy rápido. *La comida es deliciosa, la carne llegó un poquito fría pero todo muy bien, al igual que las bebidas.

   This was our first time there celebrating my husband’s birthday and it was fantastic! Everyone from the front check in to the waiter and assistant waiter, the cooks and the manager were so helpful and knew how to make us welcome! The food was fantastic!

   Tres bonne nourriture, le restaurant est incroyablement beau. Erreur dans notre commande mais les serveurs se sont ajustés.

   Had an excellent meal at Nicoletta last night with the family. Outstanding service and the food was well prepared and tasted great! Will be back in the future. Servers Mine and Simon were great! Thanks for a great evening!

    Service was great. Recommendations were perfect. The food was fantastic. All around a great dining experience. Nicoletta had become a “must-do” for us in Cancun now.
