Night Shift Natick joins Level99, a challenge-based entertainment concept, located on the second floor of the Natick Mall, to bring the Best of Boston Detroit-style pizza, amazing craft beer and curated list of cocktails, wines, seltzers and spirits. The full-service taproom is open all-day. The 140 seat Beer Hall sits in the heart of the gameplay arena perfect for group dining. Counter order and pickup window make it easy to grab food and drinks while playing the rooms and arena duels.

I waited more than 30 min for a portion of pop corn and chips. The pop corn was terrible. The table reserved behind us was dirty and full of food for the entire time, I found also some trash food in our table (reserved). I had to clean my table, nobody provide that. Level 99 it's a good place for spent time and enjoy a day, but not the kitchen in this place.

Had a great experience. Our server was friendly and helpful with the beer menu. The restaurant was very busy but our food came out fairly quickly. It was hot and delicious! Can't wait to go back!!

Great service from the staff, the food was good and price efficient, and the staff were amazing for celebrating two of us turning 25!!!! Thanks so much to our wait staff!

Food was ok , service was very good. For the birthday we had it was a little awkward , they brought the dessert while we had our other dishes and was not given plates utensils to share them. It was not perfect but was ok.

Food was very tasty. Nice and quiet compared to noise in Level99. Wait staff was attentive yet not hovering. Tori was great; there was a gentleman helping her, but I did not catch his name. Definitely nice and tasty break when taking teenagers to Level99.

Staff was amazing! They checked in with me regarding what I needed, were always around to offer help. Overall wonderful experience! Food was very good!
