   My friends and I drove from a distance - 45 minutes for my two friends and an hour and twenty minutes myself, only to find the restaurant closed. I didn’t receive a call or email to inform me of the closure. This was incredibly unprofessional!

   Had a wonderful dinner here with family on a weekday evening. Beautiful view on the patio, very peaceful and quiet. Food was delicious and there are so many options on the menu for all tastes. Will definitely be coming back here.

   I was really looking forward to having Mother's Day Brunch here. They were all booked, so I could only get a table for 4 at 12:30pm, even though I would've loved to have had my in-laws join us. So, when we walked in and saw that the room was not even half full, it was pretty disappointing. We had to wait quite a while for anyone to come and take our drink order. When we did finally get to interact with our server, she was lovely. When we finally went up to get food from the buffet it was all cold (likely because it was 12:30) and the carving station pork was delicious but also cold. I also noticed that other tables had crayons and colouring for the kids (but none appeared for my son). I do want to give credit to the desserts, as that was the saving grace of the entire meal. The pavlovas were to die for. So, while we ended on a good note with the desserts, overall it was just a big miss, and will definitely not be back anytime soon.

   Jacob our server and Food and Beverage Manager is always a gracious and friendly host. He can’t do enough to ensure a pleasant dining experience for us.

   The friendliest staff - the male manager was our server and he was incredible. So nice, connected to listening well and making you feel seen. Sat on patio overlooking the course which was pretty. Food was decent enough. Overall a lovely time.

   Incredible venue, wonderful staff and excellent food. The team at Southbrook ran a fabulous event. We will definitely be back!

   Went for a event and booked a reservation yet waited for drinks then over an hour for food and event had started before food arrived. If was not there for the event we would have left. Food was good yet really late and no real explanation for delay. If you know you have reservations then do not take on more if you can not serve reservations on time.

   Overall everything was good. Delivery of meals was efficient, it would be nice if the driveway was lit up. When we arrived one vehicle drove by the entrance and had to turn around. The only other comment would link to Jacob in providing the great entertainment. Well done!

    Jacob is an awesome host. I ordered chicken wings and was not disappointed. Done perfectly and served hot. My husband ordered fish tacos and he really enjoyed them. We will definitely return another time.
