Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

We were seated at a table overlooking the boardwalk and the beach when we arrived. Our server was welcoming and friendly. She explained the focus of the menu and gave us time to decide on drinks. While we waited for our drinks, she gave us time to consider menu choices and order progression for our meal. Food portions are small and somewhat pricey. Many items are per piece. Having said that, the food arrived quickly and was impeccably prepared. We had not one complaint for any of our selections. From start to finish the meal was delightful.

This was really not a Nobu restaurant. Food was awful, they threw the food at us within 5 minutes without coursing it out and the ambience was poor.

Food was fabulous, as was our waitress. My only issue was that it was pretty warm. I guess it’s due to the open kitchen, but, I was wearing a wool sweater and I was really warm!

Wanted to treat myself with the Nobu experience. Have dined at Vegas location several times and Atlantic City did not disappoint! Cheerfully greeted by Shantae, ordered the Nobu old-fashioned at the bar, and then was guided by Pim through the culinary offerings. She made note of my likes/dislikes and helped me choose several items unique to the AC location as well as some of the classics. Dry aged tuna, scallop tiradito, lamb cranberry miso, and nori caviar taco were favorites. Pim and Eman always seemed to appear at the right times to keep water and other beverages full, fresh plates coming and empty ones removed. All the little things that can go unnoticed combined to make this a stellar evening.

High-grade ingredients paired with exceptionally flavorful sauces makes for delicious culinary experience if pricing reserves for special occasion; we opted for chef’s choice which included a king crab leg sauced to perfection. Relaxed bench window seating is best viewed in daylight summer nites. Capable staff and bar.

Food and service are always on point here. Plenty of vegan options too, which is a rare find in Atlantic City.
