Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

Food came out in random order leaving one of us sitting watching the other eat most of the night. Flavors were still great, and miso cod the favorite, but the delivery brought it all down.

Might have been good if I got my food and they could comprehend basic math for the check ...waited hour for credit card to process ....manager should be fired texting on his phone with zero care not supporting his staff in anyway whatsoever.

I didn't know what to expect as I'd never been here before. Walking into the beautiful bar and restaurant was such a pleasant surprise, however I did not expect to sit at the window and enjoy the view of the boardwalk and ocean. Fabulous views. It only got better from there. From the drinks to food, I cannot say enough about this place. I loved everything about it and cannot wait to go back. Our waitress was wonderful and explained everything on the menu and all of our options. Yes, it is not cheap, but you will not be disappointed at all. You can choose family style, a 7-course meal, or ala carte. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend you experience this place at least once.

Nobu never disappoints. I love how they have something unique in each of them. But the black cod miso is something special

The food was good and the staff attentive. But the $25.00 charge per person just to have a seat near the window is terrible. $75 dollars plus tax down the drain. It’s not an experience at all. Don’t waste your money. Such a rip off.
